1. Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

At Aeonro, we’re committed to your satisfaction. While our products are carefully designed for real-life use, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We accept returns and exchanges on unused and unworn items.


2. Under What Conditions Can I Request a Refund or Exchange?

2.1 Refunds

You may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective (excluding packaging)
  • You received the wrong item

📌 Photo or video proof is required.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is due to our error

2.2 Exchanges

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the incorrect product

In such cases, we’ll provide a shipping reimbursement (up to your return cost).


2.3 Delayed Shipping (Over 45 Days)

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days, we’ll issue a full refund.

Exceptions include:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Postal disruptions or force majeure

3. How Do I Start a Return?

We will provide the correct return address (usually within the U.S.).


4. Who Covers Return Shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


5. When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

6. Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?
